1. Complete Budget Guarantee

We guarantee that your project budget will be complete prior to breaking ground. If the project budget has undetermined costs based on the approved plans and is without your approval prior to breaking ground, we will waive our cost-plus fee on those undetermined costs to ensure fairness in our fees and your budget.

2. On-Time Completion Guarantee

We will provide you with a schedule for your project and will keep you updated throughout the process through your personal Buildertrend portal. If we fail to keep you up to date throughout the process, we will meet with you in person to explain any delays and/or issues due to change orders, weather, subcontractor issues etc. giving you peace of mind and confidence in our commitment to complete your project according to schedule.

3. Trustworthiness Commitment

We will always act in your best interest and will always consult with you about important and/or irreversible decisions before implementing them. If you ever feel that we have not kept our word or breached our integrity, we will make things right, ensuring you can trust us with the construction of your dream home.

4. Transparent Communication Guarantee

We guarantee clear and consistent communication through our Buildertrend project management software and monthly client meetings. If you do not receive timely updates or responses to your inquiries, I will personally provide you with a face-to-face meeting to address any concerns and improve our company’s communication.

5. Quality Craftsmanship Guarantee

We guarantee that your home will be built to the highest standards using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and modern construction methods. If you find any workmanship issues within the first year, we will rectify them at no additional cost to you, ensuring your home meets your expectations.
