Engineer Referral and/or Engineering Review

Specifications and Finish Selections

We guide you through understanding our recommended specifications and picking all the finishes for your home. This personalized approach ensures that your style and preferences are reflected in every aspect of your build, making your home uniquely yours.

Step 5:

Budget Development

We develop a comprehensive budget that aligns with your vision, so you know the cost to build before breaking ground. This step includes a detailed breakdown of estimated costs, allowing you to make informed decisions and avoid surprises during construction.

Construction Phase:
